A dry crisp, refreshing wine with a full fruit flavour and good body. Only premium quality grapes are used and this is shown by the combination of delicate aroma, delicious apple and grapefruit and a lively citrus finish.
The A Mano Bianco is a blend of Fiano and Greco from Puglia. This wine is full of aromas of white peaches, ripe pears, nectarines and a touch of jasmine. It has a racy acidity lifting the ripe fruit. The body is full and satisfying with a fresh acidity and a light spritz from the cool, long fermentation.
This wine is made from the somewhat lesser known grape variety Fiano by star winemaker Chris Hancock, McLaren Vale provides the ideal backdrop to support this fresh, bright style of white. Zesty citrus and nectarine with a nutty cashew like flavour. The palate is intense and layered. Perfect to just glug on a balmy Summer`s afternoon.
