Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Nascetta and a tiny amount of Riesling. Luigi Baudana planted the white grapes in the coolest of his Cerretta blocks in Serralunga d`Alba within the Barolo zone. His original plan was to find out which variety would behave better.

Yet another brilliant SA Chardonnay, the grapes come exclusively from OVERBERG – The Cape`s coolest viticultural area with a unique climate. No overt wood characters on the nose. Subtle citrus fruit and citrus blossom fragrances are apparent on the nose, with hints of vanilla pod and almond flakes.
Lovely subtle & feather light OZ Viognier. Originating from the northern part of Rhone in France, Viognier has extremely individual characteristics; dry, powerful, spicy and reminiscent of dried apricots when picked ripe. The Dreamer is light in colour with hints of green, its aromatics are bright and spicy fruit characters.
Chateau Laures Entre Deux Mers is a blend of Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc, Sauvignon Gris and Muscadelle. Crisp and fresh, with citrus fruits, white flowers, pepper and wet stone. A higher proportion of Semillon lends weight to the palate leading to an elegant and mineral finish.
Move over Prosecco! This Pignoletto from Villa Cialdini is a great value Italian sparkling wine, packed with tons of flavour. Straw yellow in colour with green highlights. This wine has distinctive aromas of pear, apple and light floral notes, which are enhanced by its fine and persistent bubbles.
Lemon-gold in colour with an intense, aromatic perfume of ripe pears and a honeyed, almond character. On the palate, the clean, mineral and stoned fruit character shines through, unhindered by oak ageing.
Crisp, apple and pear perfumes on the finish balance its nicely-judged weight.
Garganega. 85 %Trebbiano di Soave. 15% Brilliant straw yellow colour with greenish hints. The delicate nose is reminiscent of almond blossoms and marzipan.Good depth of fruit on the palate, nicely balanced by a zingy acidity that enhances its long length.
Lovely unoaked Macon from the commune of Vergisson. This wine puts the accent on the fruit, with a lovely crispness and good minerality. The nose reveals tangy notes of very ripe lemons; in the mouth, it has a charming vigor with a refreshing side. This cuvée offers an explosion of fruits, and is a true wine for pleasure.
This wine is made from selected parcels of fruit grown in Marlborough and exhibits typical gooseberry and grassy flavours. Beautifully balanced with fantastic tropical fruit flavours and a clean fresh citric finish.
Tres Naris Riesling is bright yellow in colour with tiny hints of green. The wine has aromas of fresh hay and yellow fruits. The medium bodied palate is fresh and invigorating, with lively acidity to balance the full, ripe fruit on the long, juicy finish.
Le Chemin des Garennes from Chateau Capion is a blend of Roussanne and Bourboulenc from the Languedoc. A pale golden yellow in colour, the wine displays aromas of mandarin, white peach and lemon zest with notes of fennel, white flowers and wet stone. Barrel ageing lends the wine weight on the palate which is balanced by a refreshing acidity.
For The Crossing Wild Sauvignon, all the grapes were sourced from their Willowflat vineyards. The winemaking involves a totally hands-off approach with naturally occurring wild yeast fermentation before ageing in French oak ovals and old oak barriques for 8 months. The Crossing ‘Wild’ Sauvignon Blanc is a wine of texture, weight and funk!
De Wetshof specialise in site specific wines, the Limestone Hill is from a vineyard with heavy clay soils, rich in Limestone. The wine displays fresh citrus fruit, ripe nectarine and lemon zest with a little touch of candyfloss and floral aromatics on the nose.
Rich gold in colour, this wine delights with mellow aromatics, which are reminiscent of pear, apple, quince, dough and cream, with a touch of wood smoke. On the palate, generous flavours of baked apple, quince, cream, nuts and pastry.
Made at the Volpi family estate in Tortona, Piemonte from Cortese vines planted in the central hilltops of the Gavi di Gavi district. This lemony dry wine has a perfumed mineral character, with aromas of peach and flowers, lingering hints of vanilla and soft-textured dry finish.
Cuvee from Rothenberg, Pettenthal and Hipping. Harvest takes place in the middle of October in the lower terraces. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks and after a certain time of aging on the fine lees, the wine is filled early in spring.

Grüner Veltliner represents Austria`s unique contribution to the wine world. It is a variety that makes crisp dry white wines, combining perfume with substance. Immensely fresh aromas of herbs and peach blossom are permeated with fine mineral and peppery undertones, finishing with vibrant acidity.
