Salice is a soft yet full-flavoured red from southern Puglia. It is perhaps the best-known appellation of the region for its inviting fruit character, blending local varieties Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera. Its distinctive plum and chocolate character has an attractive underlying leather and mineral flavours.

The Lantignié `Granit Rose` is a blend of different parcels grown on granite soil in Lantignié, a tiny town in west Beaujolais. The wine is perfumed with floral notes and red and black cherries. The palate is posied and well-balanced with fine tannins and lifted acidity.

Produced since 1954, the Salice Salentino Riserva has an intense ruby-red colour with garnet hints. Concentrated aromas of black cherries and blackberry complement notes of basil, and sweet spices thanks to the time in barrel. On the palate, the wine is smooth and balanced with velvety tannins. The Domaine des Marrans Fleurie is the flagship of their estate. An elegant, refined and subtle wine with blackcurrant, raspberry and floral aromas on the nose, while dark berry fruit dominates the palate.
A single vineyard Fleurie from the Clos du Pavillon vineyard where the vines range in age from 80 to 100 years old. Deep red in colour with aroms of rose, spices and black fruit. On the palate the wine displays black fruit and subtle sweet spice with soft and delicate tannins.
At Chateau Moulin-a-Vent, Gamay is given the royal treatment and the resulting wines will develop and improve beautifully over time in the bottle. The wines are fermented in stainless steel tanks and then aged in French oak. Vivid ruby colour. The wine has a very aromatic nose, and is well balanced.
