This is a Sauvignon Blanc you need in your life. Lively, juicy, tropical fruit, lime and grassy notes a typical Australian SB. Enjoy with spicey food, sweet seafood or just well chilled as an aperitif.

Ruby red and garnet in colour, this wine opens with youthful berry aromas and a hint of smoke. It is ripe and juicy on the palate, maintaining a fruit-driven character and is supported by lovely savoury tannins. The finish persists with smoky notes of ripe raspberry.

This soft and rounded wine is a modern style of Chianti from the south of Tuscany, made to emphasise its ripe and vibrant fruit. It is blended from Sangiovese and Canaiolo vine to give a medium body with fresh red fruits, a touch of oak from a brief maturation in barrel and a typical bittersweet finish.

Deep ruby red in colour, with perfumes of sour cherry and plums with notes of leather and tobacco. Great depth of flavour, with juicy fruit and supple tannins, giving the wine a silky-smooth texture. This wine has a great structure and a fine mineral note on the finish.

The wine is made using grapes shrivelled by `noble rot` which are picked and sorted by hand. It has a golden yellow colour with aromas of ripe apricots and candied orange, and is smooth and rounded in the mouth with perfect balance. Serve as an aperitif with foie gras or Roquefort cheese, it goes well with white meats and rich creamy sauces.

The Rufina zone is the smallest of all in Chianti (about 1,000 hectares of vineyard) but also one of the most special.

Very deep ruby in colour with a youthful purple rim and lively, perfumed nose. Cherries, ripe blackberries and a touch of spice on the nose give way to a supple, dark plummy structure with a spicy, black pepper character on the finish.

A rather unique Toscana Bianco, made from Sangiovese vinified white. This produces a crisp and aromatic white, reminiscent of Sauvignon Blanc. On the nose there are aromas of white fruit and garden herbs, the palate is refreshing, with ripe citrus fruits and an elegant minerality. Certainly worth a try.

A Sangiovese from the New World, that`s what we have here. We were suspicious and then we tried it and it`s marvellous. On the palate there are raspberries, dark berries, juniper and dried herbs. For those lovers of natural wine this beauty has minimal intervention at all stages and has tiny amounts of sulphur added, compared to other wines.

The hilltop town of Montepulciano lies in the south of Tuscany near the town of Siena. The surrounding vineyards are planted with indigenous Sangiovese grapes (Prugnolo), used to produce one of Italy`s noblest red wines.

Deep, attractive ruby red with a perfumed nose of wild red berries, cherries and nuances of mixed spices. On the palate, the fruit is forward, supported by supple tannins. A long, spicy finish.

Made from Brunello grapes from the Colombini estate vineyards, selected to emphasise the alluring softness and rich, flattering fruit flavours that resonate without the dominance of oak and tannin.

A rich and concentrated dessert wine from Semillon grapes affected by noble rot and matured in oak barrique. It has a concentrated, luscious character, intense flavours of caramelized fruits, pear melon and almond, rounded and balanced by good acidity on the finish.

This Semillon is light white gold in colour, the nose has perfumes of garden herbs and apple over lightly toasty, spiced oak. Bright and tight, crisp and textured, this has layers of fruit and gentle oak savouriness. Citrus peel and green apple, baked pear and hazelnut praline, with a creamy texture and a long, elegant dry finish.

This organic Chianti Classico is deep ruby red in colour, with perfumes of sour cherry and plums with notes of leather and tobacco. Great depth of flavour, with juicy fruit and supple tannins, giving the wine a silky-smooth texture. This wine has a great structure and a fine mineral note on the finish.

This Rosso Di Montalcino from the tiny Fossacolle estate has 4 hectares of vineyards, 2.5 of which are destined for Brunello and the rest for Rosso di Montalcino. Dark ruby red in colour. Impeccable fresh, fruity aromas are given depth by delicate tertiary notes, exemplary structure and roundness. The long, persistent finish is lifted and bright.

Pure old school expression of Sangiovese. A deep crimson red colour. Typical sour cherry and red fruit character with bramble notes. The palate has a supple, lithe character full of perfumed fruit and is given depth by a mineral vein. Structure comes from the taut acidity and tannin structure. Proper stuff with backbone, depth and charm

This cool climate Semillon, from Elgin is matured for 10 months in old oak, it’s refreshing and clean with lime green hues with green apples and straw on the nose. The third wine, after her Pinot Noir and Chenin Blanc, from this innovative winemaker who hails from the States.

An Orange/ Skin contact wine. The idea behind this wine is to make a white wine like a red wine. The grapes were left on skins and fermented partially before being pressed. A complex wine, with lemon, cumquat, orange blossom and hints of honey. Textured and concentrated on the palate, with great length and persistence.

The 2013 Clos Mireille Blanc de Blancs is a lovely pale yellow color with delicate silvery green glints. The expressive and fruity nose reveals an aromatic palette of broom, dried almonds, and yellow melon. The ample and beautifully round mouth is fresh and acidy with notes of peaches and white plums, lemon zest, and lime blossom.

A charming blend of Semillon and Riesling from the Clare Valley, allowing the strengths of each variety to shine. Pale gold in colour with brilliant clarity. The nose displays ripe tropical notes and citrus blossom, with a hint of toast and fresh herbs.

Chianti Rufina Classico. At the top of the quality tree in Chianti Rufina, bags of intensity and depth. The wine has perfumes of wild cherries and cedar, with great structure on the palate. Its balance is characteristic of Selvapiana, with firm, ripe tannins and good acidity.

A deep dark wine showing a vibrant fruit forward-bouquet with aromas of ripe blueberries and freshly-made jam which follow through to the rounded red and black fruit palate. Balanced with rounded tannins and a fresh finish.

A magnificent Barsac from Denis Dubourdieu, the Doisy Daene 2007 displays apple, mango, white flowers and wet stone. The palate has good acidity and rich botrytised character.

This Brunello from the tiny Fossacolle estate is an absolute gem. The estate is situated in Tavernelle in south-central Montalcino. In the glass the wine is a brilliant ruby red, with alluring aromas of very ripe red berries and delicate spices. Full bodied and persistent on the palate, with outstanding minerality.
