Bright ruby colour with intense, ripe red fruit, plums and blueberries on the nose. Soft, round and juicy but with good concentration of spice and berries, this very typical Monastrell is medium to full-bodied with succulent firm tannin and persistent fruit finish.

The Kanvas Rosé is made exclusively from Garnacha vines planted over 40 years ago. Pale salmon pink colour with a subtle bluish hue. Fine and complex aroma, a mixture of fresh and floral notes, red fruits with hints of Mediterranean herbs. The palate has a very friendly, sweet sensation, velvety, in balance with its lively acidity.

Medium straw-green coloured, it exhibits an attractive perfume of mineral, spring flowers, white peach, and melon that jumps from the glass. On the palate it is exceptionally concentrated, mouthfilling, and vibrant with just a touch of bitterness.

Organic Viognier from Dominio de Punctum in La Mancha. A beautiful pale gold in colour, this Viognier is highly aromatic with perfumed, floral aromas on the nose. The palate is full of white blossm, magnolia and peach flavours, balanced perfectly with a refreshing, citric acidity.

BEST SELLER An intense, perfumed Rioja Crianza from the excellent Azabache estate. The wine shows notes of toast, spice and balsamic from the oak influence. The palate is very complex with a finish that goes on and on!

The Oldest High Rioja winery. Hand harvested and made with modern techniques. Stylish, bright ruby red and very intense in colour. Highly aromatic on the nose with hints of red and black autumn fruit aromas along with some toasted and spicy notes of sweet Bourbon character.

Tempranillo blanco is a white Spanish wine grape variety that is grown in the Rioja region. It is a relatively `new` grape variety as it is a natural mutation of the red Tempranillo variety that is grown throughout Spain. The wine has fruity aromas with green apple, citrus and floral characters.

Made using Carbonic Maceration and fermented whole bunch this is a fresh, youthful and fruit forward Rioja, perhaps closer in style to a Beaujolais than what you`d normally expect from the region.

From the north end of Spain's great La Mancha wine region, '20,000 Leguas' Amber wine is pale orange in colour with aromas of tropical fruit, hazelnut and apple.

Very fashionable dry white wine that has secured an international demand (having `been seen` in Madrid`s Tapas Bars in the 90`s.) Not unlike a chablis in style it has a lively freshness and dry minerality with a creamy finish.

Vibrant dark cherry red in colour, with a great aromatic intensity of fresh red fruits, balsamic and sweet spice. Silky tannins and a soft fruity finish, this is a well structured, mouth-wateringly fresh red wine.

From Ribera del Duero producer, Alejandro Fernandez of Pesquera fame, this wine is made from Tempranillo. It has a deep ruby colour with rich black fruits on the palate complemented by smoke and spice notes.

Made by the `traditional method` of secondary fermentation in bottle and is a blend of Chardonnay, Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada. Bright pale yellow in colour with a classic toasty nose of vanilla and coconut with stone fruits and citrus aromas. The palate is well balanced with a creamy mousse and notes of white peach, toast and almonds.

This exceptional and unusual Rioja is made from 40 year old Tempranillo vines grown in the Rioja Alta. It is a limited production Crianza, fermented in large oak barrel rather than steel vat and matured in barrique for 14 months in French oak and a further 9 months in bottle before release.

'Gaba do Xil' (or, valley of gold)  is the site of Spanish winemaker Telmo Rodriguez's 'project' vineyard. Shielded from the Atlantic by mountains to the west, and is likely the oldest wine region in Galicia.
