Our Wines

Thymiopoulos' 'Xinomavro' is a blend of higher altitude parcels around the village of Fytia and the warmer, lower elevation parcels adjacent to the village of Trilofos.

From the Sterea Ellada region of Greece, the Orivatis Savatiano Wild is a wildly expressive and complex wine, full of lemon, honeysuckle, peach, melon and buttery aromas. Textured and creamy, with concentrated layers of citrus fruit, wet stone, nuances of bread and a delicious honey note through to a long, intense finish.

From Greek winemaker Gaia, the 'Agiorgitiko by Gaia' offers aromas of ripe berries and gooseberry through to caramel and discreet oak nuances. Soft tannins underline a rich, well structured velvety body.

From Ktima Expressive aromas of white pear, peach and lemon zest combine with floral hints. Opulent, with harmonious balance the palate offers a spicy, fresh and mouthwatering finish enveloped in a delicious flinty, mineral character.

Alpha Estate 'Hedgehog' Xinomavro Rosé is a pale and lively pink coloured rosé with an aromatic and fresh bouquet of peach and strawberry, layered with rose petals, spice and mineral notes. Crisp with a creamy, fruity palate through to a long finish, and perfect alone or with a summer's meal.

Ktima Gerovassiliou's 'Avaton' has a brilliant, deep-red colour and a complex bouquet of raisin, coffee, cacao and a hint of spice. Perfumed and polished, this smooth, medium bodied wine delivers sweet and sour notes of black plum, with depth and spice leading to a dry finish.

Gaia's 'Thalassitis' Assyrtiko is a bone dry wine, with an explosive mineral core surrounded by delicate notes of fresh lemon zest and floral hints. Refreshing with a crisp, mineral finish.

From the oldest vines of Alpha's Estate in northwest Greece, a complex and typical Xinomavro. On the nose, it shows aromas of ripe red berries, strawberries, dark cherries, liquorice, sundried tomatoes and delicate spice.

Gaia's 'Wild Ferment Assyrtiko' offers a highly complex, aromatic nose and funky nose, with citrus notes combining with floral hints from the acacia wood, vanilla, toasty oak and a touch of smoke. The layers of wild ferment envelop this precise and dry wine which has a mineral and salty complexity to the tangy finish.
