Our Wines

A dry crisp, refreshing wine with a full fruit flavour and good body. Only premium quality grapes are used and this is shown by the combination of delicate aroma, delicious apple and grapefruit and a lively citrus finish.

Charming rosé from the Barossa Valley. The wine is vibrant, bright cerise in colour with good depth. Rose petal and delicate musk perfumes lift out of the glass with a little hint of allspice aromatics. The palate is an intriguing combination of delicacy and richness.

This Portugese wine from the Carvalhais team in the Dao region has lively, compelling aromas of strawberries, blackberries and plums combined with balsamic nuances. It is medium-bodied, with round tannins and a balanced, lively acidity, which make this an extremely appealing wine that can be served as an aperitif or with main courses.

Bright ruby colour with intense, ripe red fruit, plums and blueberries on the nose. Soft, round and juicy but with good concentration of spice and berries, this very typical Monastrell is medium to full-bodied with succulent firm tannin and persistent fruit finish.

A bright and fresh Cabernet Franc from Domaine Moulin Camus. Packed with juicy red fruit and lively acidity.

Another tasty number from Alentejo, the Geno Tinto is rich and lively red with lots of red berries, marjoram, and a touch of spice. Partners well with roasted and barbecued meats, and savoury picnic fare.

 Roche de Belanne's marsanne/viognier blend is a crisp and flavoursome white from the pebble soils of the Languedoc coast near Beziers.

A deep purple in colour, Kaiken's 'Clasico' Malbec shows aromas of red fruits such as plums and blackberries, complemented by notes of chocolate and tobacco. On the palate this wine displays extraordinary balance, freshness and soft tannins.

The passionate and innovative young winemaker Pascal Cuisset owns this beautiful Dordogne estate, south west of the town of Bergerac. Made from a blend of Sauvignon and Semillon matured `sur lie`, his dry white Bergerac is full and fruity.

The very definition of fun... in a larger bottle ! A true Moscato (in that has been made from 100% Muscat grapes) this wine is light in alcohol, fantastically fizzy and shows summer fruits, rose petal and Turkish delight. Available here in a 750ml bottle to share with your mates !

The village of St Christol is one of 12 villages in the Coteaux du Languedoc appellation, near the town of Nimes. The wine is a blend from Syrah, Carignan and Mourvedre and is a soft velvety red with a floral bouquet of violets and red berries.

From the best vineyards of Beaujolais Villages, comes this fruity, pure and singing wine, with a charming nose of floral notes (violet and peony) and small red fruits. It offers beautiful melted tannins and balance. Wonderful with a picnic, roasted meats and even fresh vegetables.

The Gran Sasso wines are from Ortona in the Abruzzi, home to Valentino Sciotti who is also closely involved in the Vesevo, Primo and Farnese ranges. Marco Flacco is the winemaker here and has made a range which has a freshness and vivacity often lacking in wines from this area.

South Africa`s signature grape, (derived by crossing Cinsault and Pinot Noir), has now created an international following. When carefully grown with limited yields, it produces an appealing red fruit aroma, a soft palate with ripe mulberry, sweet strawberry and a touch of herbs.
