From the higher quality area of Valdobbiadene, this is a classic Italian sparkling wine made from the Prosecco grape with the addition of 10% Pinot Bianco. It is dry, elegant, fresh and lively, with floral aromas of hedgerow blossoms and white fruits and a creamy persistent mousse. This is easy to drink and rounded with apple flavours.

Crafted from selected vineyards around Haro, the wine is aged in American oak casks for 14 months. Bright deep cherry red, with intense aromas of black berries and touches of coconut and liquorice. Fresh and beautifully balanced in the mouth, with a long and enfolding finish.
Lifted blue fruits, blood plum, ripe blackberries and Christmas pudding-like spice flow out of the glass with spicy pepper, and hints of bramble and dark chocolate. Generous mouth filling sweet blackberry, raspberry and plums cover the palate with lashings of sweet spice.

The Sauvignon Blanc grapes come from the Curico Valley. Curico‘s mediterranean climate is a result of the vines being shielded from the Pacific Ocean by the Coastal Range. Sauvignon Blanc from Curico is riper in comparison to the cooler climate regions in Chile, but is still able to retain freshness due to cool nights.
Although Pinot Grigio is best known for the production of white wines, the grapes actually have a pink tinge to them when they are ripe. The wine gets its delicate pink colour from contact with the grape skins during the winemaking process. This wine has the delicate perfumed aromas of peach and rose petals that are typical of a Pinot Grigio rose.
An easy drinking and full bodied wine from Portugal, which has delicious soft fruit flavours of raspberries and redcurrants. The wine is made from selected Portuguese grapes with the addition of Shiraz and this is evident from the superb balance between smooth, ripe fruit and youthful freshness.
Cherry red in colour; fresh, perfumed aromas of ripe plum and berry fruits of Merlot, with cherry and red fruit of Grenache on the nose. The palate is round, with medium to full body and integrated supple tannins; it is juicy, easy to drink, with a touch of spice to the long, fruit-driven finish.
The grapes were crushed and pressed before fermentation took place in controlled stainless steel tanks at temperatures between 13-16°C. After pressing, further skin contact was avoided to avoid extracting too much colour or tannin. A vivid pink colour, this wine exhibits an intense perfume of red fruits with hints of strawberry and cassis.

The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes come from the Colchagua Valley, Chile renowned for making excellent red wines. In Colchagua, the moderating breezes from the ocean slows ripening allowing the wines to achieve perfect ripeness. Cool nights help retain acidity giving freshness to the wines. All grapes were hand harvested. Deep, ruby red in colour.
Black and red fruits on the nose, with hints of chocolate and pepper. The Apalta vineyard brings ripe blackfruits with round tannins, while the Marchigue vineyard brings elegant notes of violets and red fruits. The small addition of Cabernet Sauvignon adds structure, lifted aromatics and complexity to the plushness of the Malbec.
This small family estate is spread over 30ha in the shadow of the Pyrenees. Winemaker, Nicolas Cambos, manages the vineyard without pesticides or chemicals. As a vine variety ‘Gros Manseng’ is a relatively unknown treasure of the south west, in this case it produces a dry, fleshy white wine with attractive aromas of pear and pineapple.
Salice is a soft yet full-flavoured red from southern Puglia. It is perhaps the best-known appellation of the region for its inviting fruit character, blending local varieties Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera. Its distinctive plum and chocolate character has an attractive underlying leather and mineral flavour and subtle bitterness on the finish.
This white blend comes from relatively high-altitude vineyards above the river Douro. Bright lemon in colour. On the nose, intense floral aromas stand out, as well as citrus fruits, tropical fruits, white stone fruits and light asparagus aromas. It has lively acidity which is well integrated on the palate. The finish is elegant and harmonious.
Bright ruby colour with intense, ripe red fruit, plums and blueberries on the nose. Soft, round and juicy but with good concentration of spice and berries, this very typical Monastrell is medium to full-bodied with succulent firm tannin and persistent fruit finish.
