Tempranillo blanco is a white Spanish wine grape variety that is grown in the Rioja region. It is a relatively `new` grape variety as it is a natural mutation of the red Tempranillo variety that is grown throughout Spain. The wine has fruity aromas with green apple, citrus and floral characters.
The nose is fresh and pronounced with excellent fruit concentration. On the palate, it is clean and well balanced, with a core of strawberry fruit combined with subtle vanilla flavours from American oak. The finish is juicy and long.
Biodynamic modern Spanish red from La Mancha made by Dominio de Punctum. This blend of Tempranillo and Petit Verdot is a beutiful ruby red in colour. The nose is pronounced with aromas of blackberries and hints of violets. The palate is full and smooth with notes of blackberries, redcurrants and a touch of sweet spice.
BEST SELLER An intense, perfumed Rioja Crianza from the excellent Azabache estate. The wine shows notes of toast, spice and balsamic from the oak influence. The palate is very complex with a finish that goes on and on!
