Camel Valley`s Vintage Pinot Noir Rosé. The wine is a really individual English style in the best possible way. It has a delicate salmon pink colour, with lovely floral and strawberry aromas and a pure refreshing palate.
Local and organic thisquality sparkling wine is produced with grapes grown in the Surrey Hills, using the same method as Champagne. Secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle over 18 months. The vineyard is on the Southern slopes of the North Downs near Guildford. Grape varieties are Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay.
Bright gold in colour, this blend highlights red fruit aromas of cherry and strawberry, which then develop into attractive fresh pastry notes with a touch of cinnamon and spice. With a bright streak of citrus fruit, the palate is clean and fresh whilst giving tones of soft stone fruit and a long, refreshing finish.
Delicate pink in appearance, aromas of cherry, wild strawberry and cranberry combine with more developed brioche and fresh pastry notes. The palate balances soft summer pudding fruits, a vibrant citrus streak and a long and rounded finish.
Thier flagship wine, Gusbourne Blanc de Blancs, is made using hand selected (predominantly Burgundian clone) Chardonnay. The wine is aged for a minimum of forty two months on lees and six months on cork before it is deemed ready for release.
