This is a serious wine with aromatics of dark plum, cherry, spice and earthy undertones. A long tannin structure integrated with new and older French oak make this wine one that will age very well.
Bin No 1 Shiraz is a classic, cool climate, aromatic Shiraz, made in a style that is perfumed, spicy and peppery, yet well balanced with no overt dominance of alcohol. It’s a great match with food - particularly dishes like spring lamb.

Le Chemin des Garennes from Chateau Capion is a blend of Roussanne and Bourboulenc from the Languedoc. A pale golden yellow in colour, the wine displays aromas of mandarin, white peach and lemon zest with notes of fennel, white flowers and wet stone. Barrel ageing lends the wine weight on the palate which is balanced by a refreshing acidity.
Blend of Shiraz with a tiny bit of Viognier, the white aromatic variety. Aromas of violets and peppercorns, nutmeg and blue fruits. Nestled at the bease of Mt Torrens in the Adelaide Hills, Lobethal Road produce wines with a distinctive cool climate character. Hand picked on 23rd March and whole bunch pressed into seasoned French barriques. This stunning Rousanne, Chardonnay, Chenin blend is made in very small quantities and a true hidden gem to own. The grapes are grown on the Hemel-en-Aarde Ridge property, Hemelrand. Yellow apple, peach and apricot as well as ginger and spice. Great depth of flavour and pleasantly oily in texture.
This wine is incredibly fresh and lively. On the nose there are aromas of cherries and fuity berries with a hint of red pepper. The mouth fills with all that fruit, hints of coconut, pepper and spice. The wine is deliciously dry with creamy tanins. This is a wine of complexity with plenty of layers to ponder. Fantastic!
A small amount of Shiraz is hand-picked every year to make this limited release Sparkling Shiraz. "You could bite into this! It`s dense, black, chocolaty and richly flavoured, the smooth, spreading flavour of it very easy to fall for.
The 2014 Antiquarian Shiraz was selected from the finest Barossa grapes and matured in French oak barriques for 24 months.The wine is glorious upon release and will develop even greater complexity with cellaring for up to 10 years. The wine is a deep crimson red, showing brick edges.
