Our Wines

This Semillon is light white gold in colour, the nose has perfumes of garden herbs and apple over lightly toasty, spiced oak. Bright and tight, crisp and textured, this has layers of fruit and gentle oak savouriness. Citrus peel and green apple, baked pear and hazelnut praline, with a creamy texture and a long, elegant dry finish.

This is a Chardonnay that tastes like Chardonnay ! A fabulous textual Yarra Valley Chardonnay. The grapes are picked early to ensure freshness and the wine goes through malo, gets some stirring and and then matured in 50% barriques and 50% stainless steel.

Altesse is the finest indigenous grape in Savoie and the only permitted grape in AOC Roussette de Savoie. A vibrant wine with aromas of alpine herbs, pine and lemon zest. Elegant and crisp on the palate, with mouth watering acidity and flinty minerality. A perfect aperitif.

Orange wine is a white wine made by leaving the juice on the skins for an extended period of time. In this case, the juice from the Albarino is left in contact with the skins for 15 days, this results in an amber colour wine with notes of marmalade and nectarine.

Ripe and aromatic, with a core of fleshy stone fruit with notes of rose petal and orange blossom. On the palate ripe peach leads to passionfruit, lychee and orange zest. Doral is a Chardonnay x Chasselas cross created in 1965 to produce a more aromatic Chasselas with a higher sugar content.
