An Orange/ Skin contact wine. The idea behind this wine is to make a white wine like a red wine. The grapes were left on skins and fermented partially before being pressed. A complex wine, with lemon, cumquat, orange blossom and hints of honey. Textured and concentrated on the palate, with great length and persistence.
Dreissigacker owns vineyards in the Rheinhessen which is currently undergoing what might be termed a ‘Rheinhessen revival’ with winemaker Jochen at its forefront. Jochen‘s wines all have Organic certification and he also uses Biodynamic methods for much of his estate.
This ripasso style Valpolicella Superiore, has half of the grapes dried for two weeks before fermentation, the resulting wine is then blended with a fresh Valpolicella before being aged in oak for 12 months. Il Rientro is rich and deep with notes of deep black cherry, liquorice, leather, dried fruit and sweet spice.

A single vineyard Chablis from the `Champreaux` vineyard in the commune of Fontenay-Pres-Chablis. This wine is golden yellow in colour. The nose marries citrus and floral notes with vanilla nuances derived from the oak ageing. The palate is rich and intense, balanced by a refreshing acidity and ending with a long and complex finish.
This wine is bright garnet in colour with aromas of plum, sweet cherry, wild flowers and sage. Red berry fruit complemented by mushroom notes dominate the harmonious palate which is well structured with silky, fine-grained tannins and well-integrated acidity.

From an estate part owned by Chateau Angelus and Cos, the aim of the Estate Red Blend was to make the wine as elegant and terroir expressive as possible. Rich and dark on the nose with black cherries, mulberries and spiced wood along with hints of sweet spices such as vanilla.

This oaked red wine is made from 100% Tempranillo (Tinta del Pais) grapes from 40-year-old vines, and aged for 18 months in oak. The Domaines Schlumberger Gewurztraminer Grand Cru Kessler originates from the Grand Cru Kessler plot, first distinguished in 1394. Domaines Schlumberger owns 22 hectares of the 29-hectare plot, which lies on a bedrock of Vosges sandstone. A limestone outcrop gives the soil a clay character.
Brilliant ruby red with violet reflections, Bell’Assai offers a fragrant bouquet with intense flowery notes of violets and roses combined with aromas of fresh red fruit (strawberries and raspberries). On the palate it shows great freshness, a perfect harmony between aroma and taste, supported by soft tannins.

Chamonix Chardonnay Reserve is released in the second year after the harvest. The wine shows bright straw yellow colour with golden highlights and ample aromas in scents that recall tropical fruits and grapefruit, mingling with hints of oatmeal, caramel and nutmeg.
A cooler climate Shiraz from Victoria, the grapes for The Story Grampians Shiraz is from three different vineyards. The warm vintage in 2013 provided a classic dark fruit spectrum, but the grapes were picked early enough to keep the wines from being too broad. In fact, they are mineral and floral and tightly structured.
