Our Wines

Lifted blue fruits, blood plum, ripe blackberries and Christmas pudding-like spice flow out of the glass with spicy pepper, and hints of bramble and dark chocolate. Generous mouth filling sweet blackberry, raspberry and plums cover the palate with lashings of sweet spice.

Bremerton have been experimenting with making wine without preservatives for a number of years, resulting in this Shiraz. Rich and ripe with a concentrated plum fruit core and a silky texture.

This Shiraz is so called, because the very first person to taste this wine judged it to be `a knockout`! Did you notice the boxer on the label is a double Mollydooker? Flavours of bright maraschino cherry, fresh plum, rich dark chocolate and liquorice. The tannins are fine, the fruit is soft and the flavours tickle the taste buds.

Stonewell Shiraz – first made in 1987 – has one guiding principle: to be Peter Lehmann’s best Shiraz of vintage. The name Stonewell was chosen in recognition of the high quality Shiraz grapes being grown around Stonewell Road. This limited release Stonewell Shiraz has aromas of dark, plummy fruit, a touch of chocolate and hints of mint.

Fragrance and headiness, exudes intense perfume, mixed berry fruits, floral notes and spice. Primary fruit leads onto savoury graphite and white pepper underpinned by stalkiness and concentrated meatiness.

Very deep crimson in colour. Definitive Mount Edelstone shiraz aromas of sage and crushed black pepper lead to brightly spiced plum, blue and black cherry characters, enveloped by crushed flowering herbs with cedar nuances.
