De Wetshof specialise in site specific wines, the Limestone Hill is from a vineyard with heavy clay soils, rich in Limestone. The wine displays fresh citrus fruit, ripe nectarine and lemon zest with a little touch of candyfloss and floral aromatics on the nose.
Delicate pink in appearance, aromas of cherry, wild strawberry and cranberry combine with more developed brioche and fresh pastry notes. The palate balances soft summer pudding fruits, a vibrant citrus streak and a long and rounded finish.

Local and organic, a quality sparkling wine produced with grapes grown in the Surrey Hills, using the same method as Champagne. Secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle over 18 months. The vineyard is on the Southern slopes of the North Downs near Guildford. Grape varieties are Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay.
