This wine exhibits a dark plum colour in the centre with a bright ruby rim. The nose has Chistmas cake aromas with dark cherries, blackcurrant and a hint of mint. This is balanced by notes of dark cocoa and savoury meats with hints of cedar to compliment this complex nose.The flavours are full, rich and lingering.
