Spanish Wines
Robust Spanish red wines, crisp Spanish white wines, or sparkling Cava, there's a new taste adventure waiting for you in our bottles of fine Spanish wines.
Spain's wine industry is thriving, combining fresh, exciting wines made with modern techniques, such as Albariño, with traditional Spanish wines that have been barrel-aged for several years, particularly in Rioja and Ribera del Duero. Spanish red wine and Spanish white wine both shine in these regions. The country is also renowned for Cava, the Spanish sparkling wine produced in the méthode champenoise.
Spanish vineyards produce a variety of wines, including the famous Tempranillo, which is a cornerstone of Rioja wines. Sherry, a fortified wine made from white grapes in the Southwest corner of Spain, offers a range of styles: Fino (pale, fresh, bone dry from Jerez), Manzanilla (bone dry, fresh acidity, salty from Sanlúcar de Barrameda), Amontillado (amber, smooth, nutty), Oloroso (dry, full-bodied, long-lived), and Cream sherry (sweetened Oloroso, sticky sweet and spicy with Pedro Ximénez grapes).
Spain's diverse wine regions and grape varieties contribute to its rich wine heritage, offering something for every palate.
