Crystallum

Burgundy in South Africa is an apt description of Crystallum Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Brothers Andrew and Peter-Allan Finlayson are carrying on their family wine-making tradition with their own winery in the Walker Bay region of South Africa. Crystallum partners with growers who share their belief that great terroir and conscientious farming lead to focused and balanced wines. Minimal intervention in the wine-making results in a pure expression of the wine that has been beautifully crafted.
