An unoaked wine made from 60-years-old, low-yield vines planted in the days of the Jesuits and fermented in 19th century concrete tanks. Flavours of intense red and black fruits and with spice and a touch heraceous. The Carignan has a deep purple hue. This wine can be enjoyed slightly chilled.
