BEST SELLER Impressively rich style. Fruit is sourced exclusively from the Rully appellation, the northern most village in the Cote Chalonnaise. Pale golden in appearance. The nose is full with a varying bouquet of flavours; elderberry, lemon, white peach and hints of flint. The palate strikes the characteristically Burgundian balance between acidity and richness, with bright fruit, nuts, oatmeal and notes of honey, a rounded palate and a long finish.

About the Producer
David Moret
David Moret is purely a winemaker. In seeking to make the best White Burgundy he can, he works with a few vignerons in the Côte de Beaune on small parcels, collaborating on farming techniques to keep the grapes in the best possible, natural condition. David does not have a rigid wine-making philosophy and uses both traditional techniques and modern technology as he deems appropriate to make great quality wines. Low intervention is his general style and he delivers outstanding, highly-regarded Chardonnays, like Rully, Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet, as well as Aligoté from the Côte Chalonnaise.
