Horse Kick Cider is locally pressed at Chasemore stud farm. Hand made and about as natural as you can get and aged in ex-Madeira Cask. This is some serious cider making, the sharp apple bite balanced beautifully by the richness of the wood, imparting wonderful wine like complexity and subtle notes of sweet spice.
