Le Clos Rouge Piccolo 2021

Domaine Le Clos Rouge was created in 2013 by Krystel BrotWeissenbach and Joël Peyre. Located in Saint-Jean-de-la Blaquière, in the Languedoc, in the heart of the AOC Terrasses du Larzac on an altitude terroir where we find red ruffles (dating from the Permian period, 300 million year) and schists. These terroirs bring structure and minerality to the wines. The entire vineyard is cultivated organically. Piccolo is an elegant, delicate wine, full of finesse. Crunchy red fruits on the attack, ending with the spicy and peppery notes typical of this essential Languedoc grape variety
