Livio Felluga Pinot Grigio 2023

This complext Pinot Grigio from Livio Felluga is straw yellow in colour with light copper hues. The bouquet is elegant and complex with floral notes of jasmine and perfumes of white peach, apricot, pear and golden apple. The refined palate is perfectly balanced with all the flavour components that appear on the nose, along with touches of honey and a flinty mineral note on the finish. Pinot Grigio, but not as you know it. Brilliant stuff.
