BY.OTT captures the maritime and continental influences of the Côtes de Provence terroir. Around 80% of the blend comes from Domaine Ott’s own vineyards at Château de Selle and Clos Mireille (vines aged 6–10 years), with the remainder sourced from organically farmed partner growers. Vinified and blended at Château de Selle using the same approach as the estate’s Cru wines, it is an approachable, expressive Grenache-dominant rosé.
