Tierhoek Chardonnay Piekenierskloof 2023

Made in collaboration with Chris Williams of The Foundry Wines and ex Meerlust. The Tierhoek Chardonnay is fermented in a combination of seasoned French oak and terracotta clay eggs before being transferred into barrel and amphora for further ageing.
