Horse Kick Cider is locally pressed at Chasemore stud farm. Hand made and about as natural as you can get. The Whisky Keg Cider has been fermented in ex-Laphroaig whisky casks imparting a wonderful smokiness to the cider.

Horse Kick Cider 2018 Vintage (75cl). Locally made at Chasemore Farm in Cobham, this award-winning craft cider is made from 100% apple juice using one of the only horse driven apple presses in the UK. Fermentation is from the wild yeasts on the apple skins, creating a wonderful depth of flavour.

Bright ruby colour with intense, ripe red fruit, plums and blueberries on the nose. Soft, round and juicy but with good concentration of spice and berries, this very typical Monastrell is medium to full-bodied with succulent firm tannin and persistent fruit finish.

The grapes were partially destemmed before treading by foot in the traditional lagars, a hallmark of Quinta do Infantado wines. Fermentation is long at Infantado, producing drier wines, some of the wine was aged in tank and some in oak barrel of various sizes and ages.

The wine making for Zuccardi`s Concreto involves 50% whole cluster fermentation in concrete vats without expoxy using native yeasts and maceration for 20 days. The wine presents cool fruit and slate character with dried herb undertones.

The Gin from Sherlock and Sons Aromatic Edition, is created using twelve botanicals. Inspired by the finest UK ingredients , they sourced from olive groves in Sussex, rosemary and bay Leaf from Surrey, and from the UK`s first tea plantation in Cornwall, thus defining this as a Quintessentially English London Dry Gin.

Made from 100% Malted Barley from a range of different ages including Malt whiskey distilled in 1991. Like all the Teeling whiskeys it is bottled at 46% with no chill filtration allowing for all the natural flavours of the whiskey to be retained.
