Evin O’Riordain has been the trailblazer at the forefront of London’s burgeoning brewing scene. Setting up in 2009 in a railway arch in Bermondsey over the following years he has created some iconic beers. The Kernel IPA is one of the best IPAs we`ve ever tried, a powerful hop character expertly balanced by rich malty notes. Sublime.
A world classic. In contrast to all the others, the Orval Trappist brewery makes only one beer for the general public. It has an intensely aromatic and dry character. Between the first and second fermentations there is also an additional dry-hopping process. Through this the beer acquires its pronounced hoppy aroma and extra dry taste.
Brewed in collaboration with Italian brewers Birrificio del Ducato. This is a celebration of Simcoe, resulting in an easy drinking floral, fruity and lightly bitter pale ale, built around a complex malt base of Golden Promise with some wheat and oats.

This is a one-off brew to celebrate Indy Man Beer Con 2018. `DDH` means this Pale has been double dry hopped, using twice the amount of hops as our standard Pale. Expect big citrus and tropical fruit flavours, and a firm, smooth body combined with crushability.
Brewed in collaboration with Stillwater Artisinal, Tangible Object is a Fruit Soured Pilsner. Soured with Cloudwater`s inhouse Lactobacillus culture and fermented with German Bock Yeast, before fruiting with lychees and passion fruit puree during fermentation.
Kriek Boon is a traditional Belgian Lambic fruit-beer. It is brewed according to the traditional Lambic style of spontaneous fermentation. Only fresh cherries (25%) are used. Kriek Boon is slightly sweet, with the surprising natural fragrance of sourcherries and almonds. With only 4% of alcohol it is a perfect summer beer.
Brewed in collaboration with San Diego based brewers Bagby Beer Co. this is an Imperial IPA in a traditional West Coast style, using a blend of US hops and neutral West Coast ale yeast to really let those hops shine.
A classic cherry beer with fruity tartness & winey complexity. Fermented using a mixture of young and 2yr old lambic. It boasts a wide mouth with a warm body and roundness reminiscent of dried cherries and wild tastes. This is soft mildness personified.
Horse Kick Cider is locally pressed at Chasemore stud farm. Hand made and about as natural as you can get. The Whisky Keg Cider has been fermented in ex-Laphroaig whisky casks imparting a wonderful smokiness to the cider.
Lightly salty and yeasty on the nose with a subtle hint of almonds. Initially dry on the palate with a light touch of oxidative flavours. The yeasty minerality continues through tinged with a touch of lemon and more lightly toasted salty almonds. Light, tangy and refreshing, perfectly clean on the finish.
The aromas are delicate and complex, with notes of almonds and autolysis, whilst on the palate it shows savoury notes, with flavours of green apple, sea salt and toasty yeast. The extra body and structure comes from the fermentation in barrel.
Water, Honey and Yeast is all it takes to brew up this crisp, refrsheing and tasty mead. The oldest drink in the world! It`s also what they drink on Game of Thrones, perfect with the new season round the corner!
