Vodka

Soft and full with a botanical nip and hints of natural vanilla pod. The palate has a quiet and candied sweetness with an almost apple-sweet character developing. The grain is very intense in the middle, which clears the way for a subtle fennel/ aniseed finish.

This vodka is created by copper distilling our Chase Potato Vodka with thick-cut lemon marmalade in our ‘marmaliser’ before being marinated for 72 hours with eureka lemon peel to add a natural lemon colour and depth of flavour.

The perfect blend of delectable Chase Vodka with rich roasted coffee beans. Light in colour and not overly sweet, delivering an intense burst of coffee with a smooth chocolatey finish.
