In the event that we deliver an order and you then decide that you would like to return it, please contact us. You may then return it within 7 working days and we will give you a full refund within the next 7 days.
If you receive an order and the wine is out of condition or damaged, we will be happy to give you a full refund or send out a replacement. Please contact us by email or phone and we will organise a replacement or refund.
