The Riesling grape (pronounced reez-ling) is a favourite for German white wines. It has a high acidity with floral aromas, and flavours of lime, green apple, and peach. Riesling can produce a wide range of wine styles from bone-dry, crisp and refeshing wines, to lusciously sweet making it a very versatile white wine for everyone.
