The Gironde River gravel beds at Pauillac provide the ideal drainage and riverside micro-climate enjoyed by the dominant varietal, Cabernet Sauvignon. The Bages plateau is considered the finest environment for Cabernet grapes.

Deep yellow in colour, with flecks of gold. The nose is fragrant and open, with honey and dried fruits. Apricot, citrus peel and fig flavours mix on the palate with a mellow vanilla complexity. The long finish is sweet, with an unctous, rich feel, but is nicely balanced by refreshing acidity and 11% alcohol.

This vineyard has contributed to creating excellent signature wines since the 1930s and has always been held in high esteem by the locals. This Champagne is made exclusively from 100% Chardonnay, with the majority of fruit sourced from the 1er Cru vineyards in the Cote de Blancs & Montagne de Reims areas. The wine is very intense and shows notes of Citrus & exotic fruits, as well as a hint of pink peppercorns, jasmine and white peaches.
South African legend & Icon wine. This 2007 vintage was recently awarded 97 points by Robert Parker, making it the best rated South African sweet wine in history. Golden hued, deep amber in appearance. First nose is of freshly dried pineapples with hints of vanilla and roasted almonds.
An elegant Amarone with fresh acidity yet underlying heft. The grapes were hand-picked and dried naturally, then pressed and de-stemmed. The must was fermented at 23-24ºC for approximately 30 days The wine was aged in 500 litre barrels for 36 months followed by a year in bottle before release.
