Grapes for the Carpe Diem Chardonnay are selected exclusively from the best vineyards in Northern California`s cool Anderson Valley. This fog-shrouded region not far from Mendocino Coast and the Pacific Ocean provides ideal growing conditions for these delicate grapes.
