Luc makes two expressions of Sauvignon: a machine harvested Touraine appellation wine and, more recently, he has also taken advantage of the new Touraine-Chenonceaux AoC. Le Long Bec spends 8 months on the lees, lending the wine a real textural quality. A crisp, clean Sauvignon with minerality and notes of ripe white fruit.
