Established in 1880, Domaine Tollot-Beaut was among the first producers in the Côte d`Or to start bottling wines at the domaine in 1921. Now in the hands of the fifth generation of the family, Nathalie Tollot and her two cousins, Olivier and Jean-Paul, this historic domaine covers 24 hectares across Chorey-lès-Beaune, Savignylès-Beaune, Beaune and Aloxe-Corton. Old vines and low yields give the wines great concentration.
