BACK IN STOCK 13th MARCH 2021. Renamed Sellador, a classic Provencal blend of Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault, hand-selected grapes from vieilles vignes with an average age of 50 years old. By harvesting at night, the freshness of the wine is preserved and a short cold-maceration for the must in contact with the skins imparts the enticing pale shade of pink. Beautifully balanced, it boasts affluent stone fruit aromas of white peach and grapefruit combined with an underlying essence of crushed strawberries and Provencal herbs. The smooth and creamy texture sits in harmony with a steely minerality leading to a long, refreshing, lingering finish
