Valdespino Fino Sherry Inocente

The aromas are delicate and complex, with notes of almonds and autolysis, whilst on the palate it shows savoury notes, with flavours of green apple, sea salt and toasty yeast. The extra body and structure comes from the fermentation in barrel.
