One of Sicily`s most quality conscious producers with vineyards planted on the volcanic soils of Northern Sicily and on the island of Salina. The red wine is a varietal `Nero d`Avola`, a native Sicilian grape, which has become very fashionable for its rich character and bold structure. There are hints of blueberry, plum and vanilla on the nose with a full-bodied spicy palate.
