The Premiers Crus vineyards of Domaine Chanson are aged in casks in the Bastion cellars. This cuvée is a blend of grapes sourced from selected plots among the Premiers Crus of the domaine located on the hill of Beaune. Bright gold colour. Delicate floral fragrances mixed white pear and apple aromas. Delicate vanilla note. Well structured with a good richness and a good volume. Sappy texture. Long and elegant aftertaste.
