Roserock Chardonnay brings together the estate’s three Chardonnay blocks, which are handpicked and sorted. It`s pressed immediately, and sent in equal parts to tank and barrel. The Roserock Chardonnay is a gorgeously balanced wine. The light yellow color is striking, and the aromatics of green apple, lemon tart, and light vanilla are immediate and magnetic. It begins as generous and round on the palate, then turns more focused with lingering stony elements and precise acidity. Medium-bodied, there is a touch of toasted cedar and a delightfully long finish. Enjoy now or over the next 7-10 years.
