Piper Heidsieck`s signature cuvée is a round and vibrant non-vintage Cuvée Brut recalling the rich variety of the various vineyards from which it is sourced.

This is a well known Pinot Noir dominated Cuvée from one of the Champagne region’s finest Houses, with a minimum of 4 years bottle age. Full flavoured, biscuity and very well balanced with an elegant and refined finish and superb length on the palate. All in a convenient half-bottle size.

From the ancient Côtes De Bar vineyards of the Rene Jolly family, Pierre-Eric Jolly brings us this indulgent "White of Whites" champagne. Completely hand-crafted, 100% Chardonnay, with zesty bright apple, lime and honeysuckle and a delicious buttery nougat on the finish. A delightful aperitif champagne. 

Rosé Majeur is the perfect embodiment of the originality and finesse of the House’s wines. Made predominantly from Chardonnay it is crafted with the addition of a small proportion of Pinot Noir from the best crus of the Montagne de Reims. A low dosage enables it to express the House style, both feminine and generous, with great elegance.

The Soutiran Signature Grower Champagne spends 7 years ageing on lees, thus creating a beautifully rich and complex wine. The nose combines aromas of stewed pears, peaches and stone fruits. It has a really fascinating touch of aniseed too.

Bollinger Rosé exhibits bronze tones in the glass. On the nose, hints of red currant, cherry and wild strawberry along with a spicy touch, not unlike Special Cuvée. The palate has good structure, length, depth and vivacity, with a tannic finish due to the addition of red wine. A velvety mousse and lingering flavours of wild berries.

With its sprightly bubbles, the palate is more fullbodied than the nose, entrancing the mid-palate with a sensual, almost powdery, sensation. Notes of raisins, mirabelle plums and pear, a subtle touch of iodine and superb peppery notes round out the tasting and open the appetite.

Ayala Blanc de Blancs is produced in small quantities in exceptional years only and fully expresses the superb calibre of great Chardonnay from the best crus of the Côte des Blancs.

Pale salmon pink in colour, with a shade of gold. The nose shows hints of fresh pear and soft red fruits, followed by delicate fruit on the palate. Elegant with great finesse

A briliiant Champagne, with only 3g of sugar per litre, it is one of the driest champagnes we stock. All the grapes come from 10 hectares of south facing vineyards in Cumieres. Perfect with canapes. Comes in a striking Philippe Starck designer label and box, perfect as a gift.

La Grand Annee 2014 is a celebration champagne- at Bollinger, only very high quality harvests become a vintage : the 2014 vintage gave rise to a wine that is simultaneously structured, rich and complex, in terms of both its minerality and exceptional intensity.
