Originally founded by Alsatian immigrant Louis Moritz Trautmann in 1856 who couldn’t find any beers in Catalonia to rival what he could get back home. The brewery stopped in the 1970s and was relaunched by descendents of Louis to much fanfare in 2004. Moritz has once again become the lager of Barcelona.

It is made using both the traditional fermentation method, with the addition of juice which is fermented using a rare method called Keeving. The result produces a sweet, rich juice and unique Welsh cider which has its own subtle texture and unique taste.

Eve is made in Surrey from a blend of apples designed to be very easy drinking. Fermentation is wild, relying on the natural yeast that exists on the fruit. Like a Saison or Lambic beer, the biodiversity of the land plays a big part in the character of the product.
Brewed according to the original recipe of Georg I. Schneider since 1872. Deep amber in colour, perfectly balanced and powerful with notes of spice and clove. This weisse gives a real taste of Bavaria.
