A great fruity white wine from the excellent team at Fairview. This is a must try for anybody looking to find a nice alternative to Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay.

Organic Viognier from Dominio de Punctum in La Mancha. A beautiful pale gold in colour, this Viognier is highly aromatic with perfumed, floral aromas on the nose. The palate is full of white blossm, magnolia and peach flavours, balanced perfectly with a refreshing, citric acidity.

This delicious dry white wine is made from Furmint, one of the main grape varieties that makes the famous sweet wine Tokaji. Highly aromatic with notes of ripe peaches and pears on the nose. The palate has rich stone fruit and tropical fruit flavours of peaches and lychee.

The Lady symbolises the expressive characters captured by different varieties – the fragrance and richness of Viognier, the finesse of Hárslevelü, the freshness of Sauvignon Blanc, and the enticing texture that Semillon offers. A blend of Viognier 52%, Semillon 21%, Hárslevelü 16% and Sauvignon Blanc 11%.

Lovely subtle & feather light OZ Viognier. Originating from the northern part of Rhone in France, Viognier has extremely individual characteristics; dry, powerful, spicy and reminiscent of dried apricots when picked ripe. The Dreamer is light in colour with hints of green, its aromatics are bright and spicy fruit characters.

This Viognier is rich yet fresh with white peach and floral characters. Elegant but intense on the finish, this wine delights the palate with fresh fruit and complementary minerality.

Pale in colour, clear and bright with a pronounced greenish hue. The nose is exotic with expressive apricot, spring blossom and creamy citrus nose, but remains elegant and perfumed.

This rich Viognier has a subtle yet complex nose with aromas of apricots and lime marmalade. These characters translate generously onto the palate and are complemented by a rich soft texture. Made in a dry style with fleshy fruit and balancing acidity.

Peaches, pineapple, and tropical fruit are complemented by the scent of lemons and ginger. Lush flavors of fresh ripe peaches so juicy they drip down your arm are balanced by flavors of apples, pears and orange marmalade. The balance of fruit and a touch of sunshine lead to a refreshing finish.

Lovely balanced Viognier from Chapoutier. At the foothills of the Coirons in Mirabel in the Ardeche, the volcanic soil is perfectly adapted to the cultivation of Viognier. The wine displays fine aromas of pear apricot with a slight hint of marmalade.

Interesting, dry Furmint from Tokaji. Great food wine very versatile, medium gold in colour. This aromatic varietal produces a young, intense, highly mineral wine with a creamy texture. The taught acid structure balances the lively pear, lime and quince and salty, mineral character, which lingers on the elegant finish.

Originally a section of the Groot Constantia estate, Eagles Nest is a high quality estate with winemaking/growing by Kevin Watt and Cape legend, Martin Meinert.The only white is Viognier, planted at the insistence of Executive Director, Peter Stewart, who loves the variety.

A blend of Los Carneros Chardonnay with Viognier, Roussanne, Marsanne, and Grenache Blanc from the Central Coast with a finish of Chenin Blanc and Semillon. Complex and delicious with aromas of mandarin orange and honeydew melon, hints of marzipan and toasted hazelnut adding a layer of complexity.

This wine is full bodied for a white wine with potent honeysuckle, pear, ginger and apricot aromas. It shows the classic mouth coating Viognier texture balanced by a refreshing acidity. Not overly aromatic and peachy this is a very serious weighty alternative to top White burgundy.

This is deep gold, golden yellow with a greenish tint. The nose is very fruity, exotic fruit showing rich fruit characters of pineapple, lychee and acacia flower and a hint of smoke brought by the oak. The palate is very well balanced, rounded, full, with a nice fresness which gives a great elegance to this wine.

Deep yellow in colour, with flecks of gold. The nose is fragrant and open, with honey and dried fruits. Apricot, citrus peel and fig flavours mix on the palate with a mellow vanilla complexity. The long finish is sweet, with an unctous, rich feel, but is nicely balanced by refreshing acidity and 11% alcohol.
