Cuvee from Rothenberg, Pettenthal and Hipping. Harvest takes place in the middle of October in the lower terraces. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks and after a certain time of aging on the fine lees, the wine is filled early in spring.
Ruby red colour with violet tones. Intense and complex perfumes of red cherries and blackberries, with some spice and leather which follow on to the palate. This wine has a rich and velvety texture, generous tannins and great length.

Grenache is one of the most widely planted red varieties in the world, but is exceptionally rare in New Zealand. This Cellar Selection wine is wonderfully ripe and fragrant, overflowing with perfumed cherry, licorice, and violet characters.
“Make great wine for drinking and enjoying; not crowing over”. Briary chocolate and just a hint of stemmy spice on the nose. Musk and brambly red berries combine with orange peel, dark cocoa powder and roasted coffee beans. Wet red earth and undergrowth. The palate shows spicy clovey notes with a Campari like stalkiness.
The juice was barrel-fermented then matured “sur lie” in the barrel for 9 months with occasional rolling of the barrels to accentuate the leesy character. 8% tank-fermented Chardonnay was blended with the barrel-fermented wine to ensure well-balanced citrus flavours.

Youthful notes of lemon and honeysuckle are layered over canteloupe melon, nutmeg, and clove. The perception of richness is derived from fruit ripeness and ageing on regularly stirred yeast lees in the presence of aged French Oak.
This Malbec sourced from meticulously worked vineyards in Vitsta Flores has a deep purple colour with blue flashes and great acidity that provides freshness and mineral texture. The wine is very well balanced, one of those Malbecs that can be drunk on its own. It is a super match for beef, pizza and hard cheese.
The wine has an aroma of savoury ripe plum and cherry with a hint of game and smoky oak. Light to medium bodied with round, mouthfilling flavours of plum and cherry, pleasing weight and a long elegant finish with good acidity. Oak integrates nicely with the fruit and helps with the silky tannin structure.
Intense deep red colour with violet hues. Complex aromas of plums and ripe cherries and violets. It is enhanced by the presence of dry fruits and mint hints. A wine of great concentration and complexity showing sweet and voluminous tannins.

Due to hit the shop in early March. Williams Chase Rosé is a beautiful classic blend of Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault. By harvesting at night, the freshness of the wine is preserved and a short cold-maceration for the must in contact with the skins imparts the enticing pale shade of pink. Dry, with a touch crushed red fruits.
Chateau D`Esclans Whispering Angel is the introductory wine to the Chateau’s line of Rose. Salmon coloured with aromas of redcurrant and raspberry. The palate has a creamy texture rarely seen in rose with great breadth and dense summer fruit aromas.
Golden in colour, this wine has a layered bouquet, reminiscent of vanilla, butterscotch, almonds and nuts. Aromas of mimosa and ripe Golden Delicious apples continue on the complex palate, which has a fresh finish. There is also a mineral edge to the ripe, round flavours of wildflower honey.
