Our Wines

This is a complex and subtle wine with aromas of quince, walnut, honey, ginger, accacia with a hint of lime blossom. It has a final taste of almond; very elegant and good length.

Fresh aromatics of ripe tropical fruit dominate, while the effervescence in this unique style offers a dry sensation to the flavours of mango, peach and lemon.

An elegant Amarone with fresh acidity yet underlying heft. The grapes were hand-picked and dried naturally, then pressed and de-stemmed. The must was fermented at 23-24ºC for approximately 30 days The wine was aged in 500 litre barrels for 36 months followed by a year in bottle before release.

The Pommard was fermented and aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, and 20% was matured in new oak barrels for between 15 and 18 months. The colour is a deep, dark red with mauve highlights and the wine is attractively scented, boasting aromas of juicy bramble fruit.

This Rose is made from a blend of Chardonnay (45%) & Pinot Noir (55%) and typifies the Ruinart experience. Aromatic, fruity & intense are all perfect ways to describe this bubbly rose. Floral & spicy notes intermingle with bright red berries and cherry. This is a must try!

South African legend & Icon wine. This 2007 vintage was recently awarded 97 points by Robert Parker, making it the best rated South African sweet wine in history. Golden hued, deep amber in appearance. First nose is of freshly dried pineapples with hints of vanilla and roasted almonds.
